The main purpose of the OASIS shopping center interior was to create the image of an oasis among the stone jungle of a sleeping area. We used natural colors: ocher, green, rails with wood lamination. The atrium area is made of vertical wood-like slats, between which LED lamps are placed. The central accent is the decoration of the elevator shaft with green vertical elements, similar to bamboo. Much attention is paid to the solution of lighting scenarios. Linear lighting is placed along the perimeter of the atrium, which visually separates the atrium zone. The food court floor is tiled with wood grain imitation. The ceilings and communications are painted in deep blue, which contrasts and emphasizes the overall color interior.

In the Appolo mall, the architects created a concept based on a study of the retail real estate market and consumer preferences of the city’s residents. The second stage of the mall included a cinema equipped according to the latest technologies, retail galleries, a large food court area and a summer terrace for the guests of the mall. Commercial real estate design should keep the consumer in the mall while not distracting from shopping. We have embodied the concept of Space for living, using natural elements (wood, “calm” shades, and natural textures)
