The architectural bureau Urban Experts, a technical partner of the competition for the creation of the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center, is holding a tender to develop the concept of an information center for the future Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center. The tender is being carried out by order of the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center Charitable Foundation. On April 1, 2019, the first stage of the tender procedure began.
