A detailed concept commissioned by Olvia Corporation shows what the area of the ghost building of 1974 should be – apartments, a hotel, A-class offices and the main city shopping center, all of which give rise to the city promenade. Such a life near the water will become desirable for the entire middle and higher class of the Dnieper, as soon as one of the developers undertakes to save the city from this symbol of devastation and visual shame.
