В рамках форума Саймон Скотт, директор по международному развитию компании Leslie Jones Architecture (Великобритания), выступил с докладом «Сборное строительство, модульность и роботизация – влияние технологий будущего на проектирование». Он представил три технологии строительства, обозначив их основные характеристики. Ссылаясь на заявление одного из лидирующих девелоперов Великобритании, Саймон Скотт отметил: «Мы входим в эру роботизации строительства. В будущем целые здания будут возводиться только роботами. И это уже происходит сегодня: существуют роботы, выполняющие кирпичную кладку, машины, укладывающие дороги. 3D-принтеры также являются частью этой тенденции». Urban Experts & Leslie Jones Architecture wins tender to create interior design for Rive Gauche shopping centre

Architectural company Urban Experts (Kyiv), and Leslie Jones Architecture (London), have won the tender of international development company Immochan to create the interior design of their unique shopping and entertainment centre (SEC) Rive Gauche in Kyiv. 8 companies were invited to participate in the Immochan tender: 5 international architectural bureaus and 3 Ukrainian companies. Архитектурная концепция ТЦ в Умани

Для Умани разработана новая концепция торгового центра. Проектом занималась команда Urban Experts. После реализации проекта, в Умани появится первый современный торговый центр и кинотеатр, который будет расположен рядом с главной торговой улицей города, в пешеходной доступности главных достопримечательностей города, - сообщает пресс-служба компании. Власти города уже утвердили новую концепцию, которая планируется к реализации.

Urban Experts purchased 22 medical backpacks for the military in the ATO zone

Urban Experts purchased 22 medical backpacks for the military in the ATO zone. Today, the CEO of Urban Experts and NAI Ukraine Vitaliy Boyko officially handed over the backpacks to the medical team of the rapid reaction "Vitesez". In early July, representatives of the organization will take them to the 95th and 93rd Brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. “Киевгорстрой” планирует завершить строительство ЖК Mirax Plaza

ЧАО "Холдинговая компания (ХК) "Киевгорстрой" (Киев), один из крупнейших застройщиков Украины, планирует в 2019 году завершить строительство жилого комплекса (ЖК) Mirax Plaza на 28 этажей по ул. Глыбочицкой в столице. "В настоящее время "Киевгорстрой" выполняет работы по укреплению склонов. После этого начнется основное строительство", - сообщили агентству "Интерфакс-Украина" в пресс-службе компании. По ее данным, в рамках проекта запланирована реализация пяти очередей строительства.
